About this program
The IIDA Diversity by Design Fund (dxdf) Scholarship Award supports students pursuing academic and community-based programs in architecture and interior design, with an emphasis on advancing diversity and inclusion in the design professions. Up to two recipients will receive $1,000 scholarships, along with digital assets and recognition through IIDA communications. Applicants must be former participants who completed IIDA’s two-week Design Your World program in Chicago, Dallas, Miami, or St. Louis and must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary architecture or interior design program; IIDA membership is not required. Applications open August 11 and close September 25, 2026.
