Donner Medal in Canadian Studies

About this program

The Association for Canadian Studies in the United States (ACSUS), with support from the William H. Donner Foundation, awards the Donner Medal biennially for distinguished achievement, scholarship, and program innovation in Canadian Studies in the United States. Nominees may be individuals in any field who have made significant contributions through teaching, scholarship, administration, or public affairs during a reasonable period of residence in the United States, even if they no longer reside there. Current ACSUS officers are ineligible, and nominations must be submitted to info@acsus.org by October 1, 2027.
