Dr. Alain Cloutier Annual Achievement Award

About this program

The Canadian Pediatric Cardiology Association (CPCA) offers the annual Dr. Alain Cloutier Annual Achievement Award to recognize current or past CPCA members who have made outstanding career contributions to the field of pediatric cardiology. The award is presented at the Canadian Cardiovascular Congress during the CPCA Annual Business Meeting; the winner receives an honorary plaque and complimentary CPCA annual dues for the following year. Eligible nominees must be current or past CPCA members in good standing, with nominations solicited from CPCA members. Nominations must include a Letter of Recommendation summarizing the candidate’s attributes and a 1–2 page biography; calls for nominations are issued annually (closing described as early May).
