About this program

The Hope Foundation offers the Dr. Charles A. Coltman, Jr. Fellowship, a two-year career development award providing $50,000 annually in salary support for early-career investigators pursuing clinical research and learning clinical trial methodology within SWOG’s academic and network environment. The program is intended to prepare fellows for independent clinical research while protecting dedicated research time in the clinic or laboratory. Applicants must be early-career physicians, scientists, or biostatisticians affiliated with a SWOG member institution and must identify a mentor; applicants must also be active SWOG members. Applications are due March 15.
