Dr. Fritz Eckstein Mid-Career Achievement Award

Oligonucleotide Therapeutics Society (OTS) offers the Dr. Fritz Eckstein Mid‑Career Achievement Award to honor a mid‑career scientist for distinguished contributions to nucleic acids therapeutics; the award includes $2,000 USD, complimentary registration and a formal presentation at the OTS Annual Meeting. Eligible nominees must hold a PhD, MD, or equivalent degree conferred at least 15 years before the nomination deadline, be independent scientists at Associate or Full Professor rank (or equivalent senior industry position), and be actively engaged in research; self‑nominations and previous winners are ineligible. Nominations must be submitted by a primary nominator as a single dossier containing a nomination statement (≤3,000 characters), an abbreviated CV (≤3 pages), up to 10 selected publications and up to three letters of support, and the recipient must attend the current year’s OTS Annual Meeting to present; inquiries/submissions: awards@oligotherapeutics.org.
