About this program
The Society for Consumer Psychology (SCP) awards the Early Career Award to researchers within eight years of receiving a Ph.D., recognizing emerging scholars in consumer psychology whose research demonstrates promise for shaping the field. Candidates should provide evidence emphasizing scholarly impact rather than sheer productivity, and no more than two winners are named in any given year. Nominations, including self-nominations, are submitted via SCP’s nomination form by October 15 annually, and nominators must be current SCP members.
