Sponsored by Gamry Instruments, the Electrochemical Society’s Pacific Northwest Section Electrochemistry Research Award recognizes outstanding research and technical contributions in electrochemical science or solid-state science and technology. The annual award includes a certificate and $1,000 and is presented at the fall Pacific Northwest Section meeting.

Nominees must be independent scientists or engineers working in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho and must be ECS members; self-nominations are encouraged. Applications require an electronic nomination form, curriculum vitae, and a brief summary of research accomplishments and ECS contributions, with nominations due July 15 annually.
