Edgell Vocational Scholarship

About this program

Community Foundation of Noble County offers two one-time $1,000 Edgell Vocational Scholarships (2026) for West Noble High School graduating seniors planning to enroll full-time in a post‑secondary vocational certification or associate (2‑year) degree program; awards cover tuition, books, and academic fees but may not be used for housing. Eligible fields include trades and vocational areas such as auto/diesel mechanics, HVAC, plumbing, welding, construction, agriculture-related programs, family and consumer sciences, childcare, fashion, home care, interior design, culinary arts, and cosmetology; four‑year degree programs are not eligible. Applicants must be West Noble HS seniors with a minimum 2.00 GPA, and if attending a for‑profit institution the college must sign a grant agreement limiting payment to tuition. Apply via the CFNC ScholarshipPortal by completing the CFNC Main Application and submitting all required materials by January 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM.
