About this program
The Association for Social Economics (ASE) awards the Elba Brown-Collier Student Paper Award to the author of the best graduate student paper presented at the World Congress for Social Economics; the prize includes $400 and a one-year ASE membership. Eligible applicants are graduate students who present at the World Congress; papers must address a core concern of Social Economics and demonstrate strong promise for future scholarly contributions. Applications are solicited from registered Congress participants, and the World Congress program committee selects the recipient.
