Ellenbecker, Oliver and Eleanor Scholarship Bachelor's Program Fund

About this program

Community Foundation of Noble County offers the Ellenbecker, Oliver and Eleanor Scholarship—a one-time $3,500 award given to one graduating senior each from Central Noble, East Noble, Oak Farm Montessori, and West Noble to attend a four-year college or university as a full-time student. Eligible applicants are Noble County high school seniors from the listed schools with a cumulative GPA between 3.00 and 3.50; any field of study at an accredited institution is allowed. Apply via the CFNC Scholarship Apply Portal (GrantInterface - CFNCS) by creating/logging into an account, taking the Eligibility Quiz, completing matched scholarship applications and the 2027 CFNC Main Application (essays, references, activities), and submitting all materials by January 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM. Awards must be used for tuition, books, and academic fees (not housing or personal living expenses); payments are released to the school and deferment options are available through the foundation.
