Division 44 offers the Evelyn Hooker Award for Distinguished Contribution by an Ally to recognize individuals whose work advances the division’s mission and supports people with minority sexual orientations through research, clinical practice, education, advocacy, mentorship, or leadership. Nominations are due annually on March 31, 2027, and should be submitted electronically to Division 44. Nominees must be distinguished allies, and submissions must include the nominee’s CV and a nomination letter addressing their qualifications.
