Excellence in Volunteer Service Award

About this program

The Association of College Unions International (ACUI) offers the Excellence in Volunteer Service Award to recognize individuals whose leadership, passion, and contributions have advanced ACUI and the profession through volunteer service during the previous 12 months. Up to six recipients may be honored annually through recognition at ACUI’s annual conference and in subsequent publications. Nominees must be ACUI members who have served in at least one defined non-Leadership Team volunteer role and demonstrated exceptional impact, commitment, and engagement; current or recent ACUI Leadership Team members are ineligible. Nominations are due November 20 and must include nominee and nominator contact information, two to three supporting letters, and a summary of the nominee’s professional experience and volunteer service.
