The Durham Arts Council offers Facility Grants to provide short-term access to their building for arts-related activities, covering up to $1,200 in rental costs per fiscal year. Eligible applicants include Durham-based non-profits with 501(c)3 status and individual artists over 18, residing in Durham. Grants exclude fundraising events, ongoing operations, and gallery exhibits, and recipients must pay a User Fee and sign an occupants contract.
