FDI Disability Travel Supplement

About this program

APS Forum on Diversity and Inclusion (FDI) offers supplemental travel funds to enable individuals with disabilities to attend the APS March and April meetings; awards are subject to availability and specific amounts and deadlines are not specified. Applicants must be members of the FDI at any membership level, with priority given to those making contributed presentations. Eligible uses include disability‑related accommodations and extra costs directly attributable to meeting participation (e.g., interpreters, transcription/screen‑reading technology, mobility aids, additional transportation, caregiver hotel costs); meeting registration and meals are not covered. The program is open to FDI members with disabilities seeking assistance to attend the meetings.
