About this program

The American Association for Anatomy (AAA) offers the Fellow of AAA (FAAA) distinction to honor members who demonstrate outstanding scholarship in anatomical sciences and significant contributions to the association. Recipients are recognized at the Annual Meeting and become members of the Fellows Circle. Nominees must have been AAA members for at least four years and submit a curriculum vitae documenting exceptional research or teaching achievements, along with a statement describing their service or contributions to AAA. Nominations are due November 13, 2026, and are evaluated on service to AAA, contributions to the anatomical sciences, and scientific excellence.
