About this program
The American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, with support from the Cincinnati SportsMedicine Research & Education Foundation, presents the Frank and JoAnne Noyes Award of Excellence annually for outstanding research published in Sports Health: A Multidisciplinary Approach. The award recognizes research focused on injury prevention and recovery among female athletes. Research submitted to the journal during a calendar year is eligible for the following year’s award; submissions through December 31, 2026, will be considered for the 2027 award.
