Coefficient Giving offers rolling grants for programs and events addressing effective altruism, global catastrophic risks, biosecurity, AI for epistemics, forecasting, and related areas. Funding may support fellowships, internships, residencies, courses, conferences, workshops, retreats, and other in-person or online activities that build skills, create career opportunities, provide mentorship, or facilitate networking.

Applicants may be individuals or organizations proposing one-time or ongoing programs, with activities open to participants at any career stage. Projects focused primarily on building capacity to address transformative AI risks should generally apply through Coefficient Giving’s separate AI-focused funding program.
