National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, as a contractor to the Beef Checkoff, is soliciting FY27 full proposals for grant‑in‑aid research in Product Quality, Human Nutrition, Pre‑Harvest Beef Safety, and Beef Sustainability (full proposal deadlines: Human Nutrition Aug 6, 2026; others Aug 26, 2026) with awards beginning Jan 1, 2027.
