RCSF (Staten Island) is offering Game Changer grants of $1,000–$25,000 to fund non‑event community projects serving low‑to‑moderate income Staten Island residents, with awards determined by income level and number served, program length, impact, and success of similar programs. Applicants must be Staten Island–based and current with RCSF final reports, and must upload a Form 990 (including Schedule B) and financial statements dated within the last 18 months. Requests must have 75% of the project budget already secured, cannot count unidentified general fundraising or anonymous donors as committed funders, and will not be awarded for events.
