About this program
The Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA) presents the Gift of Sight Award to professionals in the healthcare and eye-banking communities who demonstrate outstanding support for eye banking and corneal donation. The award includes formal recognition, a press release, and coverage in EBAA publications, with presentation at the EBAA Annual Meeting. Nominations must be submitted by the executive or medical director of an EBAA-member eye bank on behalf of a professional affiliated with that eye bank; salaried eye-bank staff and paid outside consultants are ineligible. Nominations are due December 8, and nominees should attend the Annual Meeting to receive the award.
