About this program
The Twins Community Fund offers the Hennepin County Youth Baseball and Softball Grants to support capital projects that enhance youth baseball and softball opportunities in Hennepin County. Funding includes matching grants for facility projects (ranging from $5,000 to $100,000) and equipment needs (up to $10,000). Eligible applicants are Hennepin County government agencies and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that have secured matching funds and can begin projects within nine months of receiving the grant. Partnerships and sustainability are key factors in the evaluation process.
