Henry J. Abraham Early Career Research Grant

The Supreme Court Historical Society offers the $1,000 Henry J. Abraham Early Career Research Grant to support research on the history of the United States Supreme Court and the development of publishable scholarship. Awarded competitively each June, the recipient is expected to produce an article for submission to the Journal of Supreme Court History. Eligible applicants include graduate and law students and researchers within five years of completing a Ph.D. or J.D. Applicants must submit a CV, faculty reference contact information, and a 750–1,000-word proposal by May 1, 2026.
