About this program

Hevolution Foundation’s Scientific Conferences Fund provides support for scientific meetings, conferences, and workshops that advance understanding of aging and extend healthy human lifespan, offering up to $10,000 per meeting (larger awards considered case-by-case). Eligible applicants are North America–based non-profit organizations, public and private universities, colleges, laboratories, and government agencies, and meetings must be held at venues in North America. Applications are reviewed quarterly (deadlines Jan 31, Apr 30, Jul 31, Oct 31) with notification within one month; incomplete or late submissions will not be reviewed. Award conditions include acknowledgment of Hevolution sponsorship, submission of proceedings/publications to AFAR/Hevolution, invoice in USD within 60 days of the meeting, complimentary registration for at least two Hevolution/AFAR staff or board members, prohibition on alcohol expenses and indirect costs, and rules allowing transfer of support for postponements up to 18 months.
