About this program
The Foundation for Community Association Research, supported by Linc Cummings and Martha Klein, offers the annual Homeowner Leader of the Year Award to recognize an exceptional volunteer serving on a community association board. The recipient receives complimentary registration to the CAI Annual Conference and Exposition, a $1,500 travel stipend, and conference recognition. Nominees must demonstrate ethical leadership, sound governance, community service, and measurable impact; nominations require an essay of no more than 500 words. Nominations are due March 1, 2027.
