Hope E. Hopps Award — Student presentation award (SIVB)

About this program

The Society for In Vitro Biology (SIVB) awards the Hope E. Hopps Award—a $200 prize—recognizing a high-quality student presentation at the SIVB Annual Meeting and is open to students working in all areas of in vitro biology. Applicants must submit an official abstract and complete online student registration, plus a single cover letter (maximum four pages) naming the award(s) sought and providing a narrative of methods, results, and any supporting figures/tables. Submissions require research director/supervisor certification that the work was performed by the student, and award contenders must present their papers at the meeting and attend the award ceremony. Students may apply for multiple awards; winners are notified prior to the meeting and the application deadline is January 31.
