IAMSE Educational Scholarship and Curriculum Innovation Grants

About this program

The International Association of Medical Science Educators (IAMSE) offers multiple Educational Scholarship and Curriculum Innovation Grants of up to $5,000 each for two-year projects advancing medical science education research, pedagogy, technology, curriculum, or professional development. Funded projects receive two annual payments of $2,500 and an additional $1,500 travel award for the PI to present results at an IAMSE conference. Applicants must be IAMSE members, may submit only one proposal annually, and may not have previously received IAMSE grant funding or participate on another currently funded IAMSE grant. Proposals must be no more than five pages, include a budget, biosketches, two to three institutional letters of support, and a dissemination plan, and are due by January 15 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time; IRB approval or exemption is required for human-subjects research.
