IAMSE-ScholarRx Student Educational Research Grant

About this program

The International Association of Medical Science Educators (IAMSE), with support from ScholarRx, offers up to four student educational research grants of $2,500 each for innovative projects aligned with IAMSE’s mission to advance health professions education. Awards support activities conducted during a two-year grant period and require dissemination of results, including presentation at the IAMSE conference within three years. Applicants must be current IAMSE members enrolled in a degree or certificate program; postdoctoral trainees, residents, fellows, interns, and other individuals in post-degree supervised training are ineligible. Applications must include faculty and institutional support letters, a project description, budget, biographical sketches, dissemination plan, and required approvals, with projects involving human subjects requiring IRB approval or exemption within 90 days of award notification.
