Ignite Your Future Scholarships

About this program

The Community Foundation of Noble County, in partnership with the Don Wood Foundation, offers five Ignite Your Future Scholarships of $20,000 each (paid up to $2,500 per semester) to support bachelor's degree studies in engineering, industrial technology, machine tool technology, and related Industry 4.0 disciplines. Awards pay for tuition, books, and academic fees (not housing) at accredited public or private nonprofit universities in Indiana, Ohio, or Michigan; for-profit institutions are ineligible. Eligible applicants are high school seniors who reside in Noble County, Indiana, and recipients must maintain a minimum 2.50 GPA each semester with transcript verification to receive continued payments. Apply via the CFNC Scholarship Portal (GrantInterface)—create an account, complete the eligibility quiz to be matched, submit matched applications plus the 2027 CFNC Main Application (essays, references, activities) by January 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM.
