ILA 30 Under 30

About this program

The International Literacy Association’s 30 Under 30 program recognizes emerging educators, researchers, advocates, and innovators advancing literacy for every child. Honorees receive a complimentary one-year ILA membership, recognition at an ILA event, promotion across ILA platforms, and access to a network of literacy leaders. Self-nominations and nominations of colleagues are accepted on a rolling basis through August 10, 2026, for consideration in the 2027 list. Nominees should be 30 or younger and demonstrate significant leadership or impact in the literacy field.
