Indian Education for All Stipends & Travel Funds

Wyoming Humanities provides stipends and travel funds for K-12 educators in Wyoming to engage Indigenous Knowledge Keepers in their classrooms, schools, or field trips, supporting the Indian Education for All Act. The program offers a $350 stipend for Knowledge Keepers and $200 in travel funds for those traveling 100+ miles roundtrip. Eligibility is limited to K-12 educators in Wyoming whose requests align with Indian Education for All standards and requirements. Applications must be submitted at least six weeks in advance if prior payment is needed, or four weeks if not, with funding available on a first-come, first-served basis.
