Indigenous Conference Attendance Support Grant

The Australian Linguistic Society offers small grants to assist Indigenous presenters with accepted papers at the current ALS conference to cover travel (airfare, bus, or train), accommodation, and conference registration costs. Awards support eligible expenses for presenters who must travel from a different location (not within the same city); the program is open and applications close at close of business on 10 October. Eligible applicants are Indigenous presenters with an accepted paper to the current year's ALS conference and must submit a single PDF (maximum two pages) that includes name and affiliated organisation (if any), contact details, paper title and co‑authors (if any), details of other potential funding sources, and an itemized list of requested expenses with justification (registration need not be justified).
