International Fellowships in Respiratory Care: City Host Program

About this program

The American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC), in collaboration with the American Respiratory Care Foundation, seeks U.S. cities and metropolitan areas to host international respiratory care fellows for educational exchanges and observation of respiratory care practice. Host locations should provide access to diverse clinical settings, respiratory therapy educational programs, and discussions of care delivery and professional training. Applicants must identify a respiratory therapist to serve as City Coordinator, who will organize itineraries, site activities, transportation, communications, and logistical support for visiting fellows. Applications are accepted annually from January 1 through April 1.
