About this program

Carnegie Endowment for International Peace’s International Program invites proposals to support innovative, sustainable efforts addressing preventing and managing conflict, the security and societal implications of movements of people, and the role of non‑state actors in governance and stability, with emphasis on regional flashpoints (including nuclear security, China, Russia, and Africa), new technologies, and actionable, locally grounded responses. Funding targets research and programmatic work that directly contributes to conflict resolution, migration policy responses, or strategies to counter malign non‑state actors and leverage constructive ones.
