ISHLT Multimodality Research on Heart Transplant Patient Care Grant

About this program

The International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT), supported by CareDx, offers two one-year grants of up to $40,000 each for research evaluating donor-derived cell-free DNA and gene expression profiling in combination to improve surveillance and treatment of heart transplant recipients. One award supports research conducted in the United States and one supports research conducted outside the United States. Applicants must hold an academic or clinical appointment at an accredited institution, or be trainees with an accepted faculty position or institutional commitment, and must be active ISHLT members or have submitted a membership application by the stated deadline. CareDx employees are ineligible, and applicants with substantial CareDx relationships must disclose potential conflicts of interest before applying.
