ISHLT Pulmonary Function Test/Spirometry and Co-Relationships with Lung Transplantation and BOS Research Grant

About this program

The International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT), supported by Zambon, offers one $20,000, one-year grant for research examining pulmonary function testing, lung transplantation, and the development or progression of bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS). Projects may address early detection and monitoring, BOS pathophysiology, novel biomarkers, or trajectories of lung-function decline. Applicants must hold an academic or clinical appointment or be in training at an accredited institution, provide an institutional commitment letter, and be active ISHLT members or submit a membership application by September 29. Zambon employees are ineligible, and applicants with substantial Zambon relationships must disclose potential conflicts of interest.
