ISN Mentorship Program

About this program

The International Society of Nephrology (ISN) Mentorship Program supports expertise-sharing and professional development through mentor–mentee relationships in areas including clinical nephrology, research, renal pathology, prevention, career development, and soft skills. Mentors can strengthen coaching and leadership skills, while mentees receive guidance tailored to defined professional goals. The program is open worldwide to active ISN Full and Associate Members in good standing, with preference generally given to matches within the same region. Applicants must submit an online application by April 1 for mentor roles or July 1 for mentee roles, outlining relevant achievements and expertise as mentors or objectives, timelines, and areas of interest as mentees.
