About this program
The American Statistical Association’s John J. Bartko Scholarship Award supports promising statisticians pursuing or recently completing master’s degrees in statistics or biostatistics. Recipients receive a $1,000 honorarium for registration and travel to attend an eligible ASA conference. Applicants must be U.S. citizens currently enrolled in a qualifying master’s program or have completed one within two years of the award date; applications are due March 1.
