Arts Culture Catawba offers the Kathryn T. Greathouse Legacy Scholarship, a need and merit-based award honoring the former Executive Director's commitment to nurturing young artists. The scholarship supports primary and secondary students in pursuing cultural education across disciplines such as music, visual arts, and drama, covering expenses like materials or equipment. Eligibility is limited to students aged 19 or younger without a high school diploma, residing or attending school in Catawba County, excluding those seeking collegiate financial aid. Applicants must submit a completed form, teacher recommendation, proof of age, and a follow-up report if awarded, with a rolling deadline requiring at least 60 days' notice before funds are needed.
