Keynote Presenter Grant

About this program

The Society for the Teaching of Psychology (STP) offers the Keynote Presenter Grant to reimburse travel for presenters at gatherings of psychology teachers hosted by 4‑year colleges/universities, 2‑year colleges, or high schools, providing a standard $1,500 per presenter with additional funds available for special circumstances (e.g., international travel, necessary accommodations). Applicants must be STP members and are expected to be coordinators of such gatherings; conference registration should be funded or waived by the conference and all reimbursable expenses must follow STP’s Travel Reimbursement Guidelines. STP will not fund presenters for conferences that have already received other STP funding. Applications are submitted online (login required) and awards are made twice yearly with deadlines of October 1 (for conferences the following calendar year) and April 1 (for conferences after that April); applicants from underrepresented and diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
