Keynote Presenter Grant

About this program

The Society for the Teaching of Psychology (STP) offers the Keynote Presenter Grant to provide travel funding for keynote/presenter travel to gatherings of psychology teachers at 4‑year institutions, 2‑year colleges, or high schools. STP typically awards $1,500 per presenter (with additional funds possible in special circumstances) and expects the host conference to cover or waive the presenter’s registration; reimbursable expenses must follow STP’s Travel Reimbursement Guidelines. Applicants must be STP members and organizers of eligible gatherings; STP will not fund presenters for conferences that have received other STP funding, and applications from colleagues from underrepresented groups are especially encouraged. Applications are accepted twice yearly (October 1 for events in the following calendar year; April 1 for events after that April) via the STP website (login required).
