Korea Section Student Award

About this program

The Electrochemical Society (ECS) Korea Section Student Award recognizes academic accomplishments in science or engineering where electrochemical and/or solid-state science and technology is central, providing a USD $500 award presented at the annual ECS Korea Section meeting. Nominations are accepted annually from October 15 through January 15. Applicants must be PhD students at Korean universities and must be nominated by a university faculty member; nominees should retain graduate-student status through at least February of the award year. Required materials include a nomination form, curriculum vitae, research summary, and recommendation letters from the nominator and additional university, industry, or government personnel.
