Lancaster Equity Grant

About this program

The Lancaster Equity Grant, offered by the Lancaster County Community Foundation in partnership with the Equity Council, provides grants of up to $5,000 to support individuals from Black, Indigenous, and Immigrant communities in Lancaster County. The funding aims to cover costs such as self-compensation, resource acquisition, professional development, and logistical challenges for projects that address societal inequities and empower BIPOC communities. Eligibility is limited to individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, or Immigrant persons of color residing in Lancaster, with projects directly benefiting Lancaster County residents. The application process is flexible, accepting written proposals or video conversations, with key dates including an application opening on August 4, 2025, and a final deadline of September 5, 2025.
