About this program
The Progress and Poverty Institute (PPI) invites applications for its 2026 Progress of Ideas Grants to support research and applied projects that advance understanding and adoption of Land Value Taxation, including work that leverages the Mason Gaffney Digital Archive. Grants of up to $10,000 are available for theoretical, empirical, legal, computational, strategic, or applied projects that can expand successful LVT adoption. Eligible applicants are U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations; PPI welcomes proposals from academic researchers, public policy institutes, nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and cross-sector collaborations.
