Launching Loudoun Community Response Initiative

The Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties has launched the Loudoun Community Response Initiative to strengthen local capacity to address urgent and emerging needs related to financial stability, well‑being, safety, and long‑term security. The initiative includes the Loudoun Community Response Fund for grantmaking, community convening and collaboration, and awareness activities; grants opening October 2025 include Community Response Grants (Round One) for increased service demand, gap funding, and emerging human‑service needs, and a Housing Displacement Support Grant to fund a nonprofit to administer displacement services for mobile/manufactured home residents. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofits serving Loudoun County (no awards to individuals), with priority for crisis intervention/diversion, improved human‑service quality, prevention, and self‑sufficiency.
