LEAD Program (Leadership in Education, Achievement and Development Program)

About this program

The American Urological Association’s LEAD (Leadership in Education, Achievement and Development) Program supports urology residents conducting mentored research by providing research funding, career-development education, and professional networking. Participants gain access to research awards, networking through the Urology Care Foundation Research Honors Program and Reception, and educational resources from the AUA Office of Research. Eligibility is limited to urology residents who will undertake mentored research and participate in AUA research education and networking activities; program announcements and application forms are posted in Proposal Central and inquiries may be directed to grantsmanager@auanet.org.
