LE&E Center Advanced Leadership Program 2027

About this program

The American College of Gastroenterology’s LE&E Center Advanced Leadership Program offers a tuition-free, cohort-based leadership development opportunity for mid-career gastroenterologists, including pre-course preparation, an in-person course June 4–6, 2027, in Washington, DC, and post-course online sessions. Topics include strategic leadership, negotiation, financial literacy, communication, mentorship, conflict resolution, and career transitions. Applicants must be U.S.-based ACG member physicians who are 10–20 years post-fellowship and have demonstrated leadership experience in an academic or private-practice setting. Applications must include a curriculum vitae, personal statement, and nomination form from an eligible senior leader; the portal will be open September 14–November 13, 2026, with enrollment limited to 15 participants.
