Lifetime Achievement Awards in Alzheimer’s and Neurocognitive Disorder Research

The Alzheimer Fondation offers a €25,000 Lifetime Achievement Award honoring physicians and scientists whose exceptional basic, clinical, or translational research has had a significant global impact on Alzheimer’s disease and related neurocognitive disorders. Eligible candidates must have an international and public reputation, be active late-career researchers or retirees, and have their latest affiliation with a French academic research laboratory or clinical unit. Applications are nomination-only, submitted by an expert or academic institution, and must include English biosketches, a nomination letter, and two international reference letters; self-nominations and posthumous nominations are not accepted. The deadline is April 2, 2026, at 23:59 Paris time.
