Lillian and Alex Feir Graduate Student Travel Award in Insect Physiology, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology

About this program

The Entomological Society of America's Physiology, Biochemistry and Toxicology Section sponsors the Lillian and Alex Feir Graduate Student Travel Award—established by 1989 ESA president Dorothy Feir—to support graduate student attendance at the ESA Annual Meeting and to encourage affiliation with the section. The award provides travel support for students conducting research on insects or other arthropods in the areas of physiology, biochemistry, or molecular biology. Eligibility is limited to graduate students working in those fields and selection is by nomination; applicants should review the section's deadline, nomination, electronic submission, and judging criteria.
