Lilly Endowment's Community Scholarship Program, administered by Independent Colleges of Indiana with participation from community foundations in all 92 Indiana counties, awards up to 147 four‑year scholarships annually to raise educational attainment and encourage recipients to pursue higher education and careers in Indiana. Awards cover full tuition, required fees, and a book stipend for four years at any Higher Learning Commission‑accredited Indiana public or private four‑year institution (room, board, and travel are not covered).
