Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship

About this program

The Mount Baker Community Club sponsors the Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship Fund (est. 1985) to support Washington State students pursuing higher education, offering renewable awards to help cover college costs. Awards are up to $4,000 per year for students at four-year colleges (renewable up to four years within a six-year period) and up to $2,000 per year for two-year college students for two years; students who transfer to a four-year college may receive $4,000 per year for their final two years. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and academic promise, have overcome obstacles, and show community contribution for consideration and renewal.
